For years I have been creating works of art in metal for customers all over the country. I have patterns that I use for some projects, but I also do completely custom jobs that are limited only by our imagination.
There is no limit to size or subject of the custom work that I do. The process starts with the artwork being drawn out on multiple sheets of paper. The artwork is transferred to flat 16 gauge steel sheets. The piece is plasma cut and welded to create the three dimensional effects. The surface is then ground and heat colored. Each piece takes on its own unique characteristics through this multi-part production process, thus no two pieces are exactly alike. The preservation of the metal is done through the use of various clear coat mediums.
